CSV(or Excel) file upload for activity generation

I would like to be able to upload a CSV or Excel file to generate multiple activities under the same type. For example, we had a medical clinic that saw over 500 patients and had 150 conversations about the good news. These were individual conversations, not 150 people sitting in a crowd. So instead of having to manually go in and manually add 150 GC's, i'd like to upload a single CSV with all of the information, and have it generate 150 activities (with the ability to have them all chained from a parent).
