Multiple Language Support for PGs

As we work with diaspora peoples, or even peoples heavily influenced by trade languages and other peoples, we need to recognize that people may genuinely NOT have a single language preference. Often people will have a variety of languages that they use in different scenarios. At the moment it seems impossible to do research on a PG and track it in GAPP and record more than one language for a PG.
