Add ability to tag Questions and Question Groups in the Workspace Library

I currently have the ability to tag Templates in the Workspace Library. As an Organizational Administrator, I would like this ability to be extended to the Questions and Groups section of the library as well. The reason for this is to differentiate questions or groups which may have identical labels, but different dropdown options. (For instance, I may have a question labeled "Additional Resources", but the dropdown options may differ from team to team.) If I don't have a way of differentiating questions/groups with identical labels, it makes it tedious to figure out the appropriate question/group to use for the template.
