Chaining across teams/churches

Specific use case: connecting digital to real life ministry. This is for situations in which members across multiple teams are participating in broad activities together (e.g. digital engagement), but then the situation shifts to more narrowly focused meetings and ministry (e.g. an online conversation transitions to an IRL conversation). This would allow users to chain activities that happen in one team to those that started in a different one of their teams.
