Duplicate or make copy of existing template

Since we have so many different versions of the church circle across the network, it makes it very hard to have to start from scratch every time we want to create a new one. Most of them are the same amount of icons and the same conditions, they are simply different in their Placement of the icons in the church circle. It would speed up the template, making process dramatically if we could simply duplicate an existing template then edit it with the small edits that we need to make instead of making a whole new template from scratch each time.
